Very harsh on Connor. Young lad, will develop. Get off his back.

Elmo has good pace and is good in the air. Lacks a few things, hasn't really worked out.

Well they are all in a Prem squad, so better than all of us...

But, if you mean not good enough to move to a higher level...

Ji, doesn't seem to have it at the moment....but maybe later...

But then you could always say O'Shea is ****.....which obviously he isn't, but as a r/b he is pretty ****e.

Don't agree about Whickham at all, people forget he is still a kid and has shown enough at Ipswich and just before his injury at Sunderland ,for me to form an opinion that he is going to be a very decent player.

Good pace, so had Linford Christie, good in the air, so is an aeroplane. The unfortunate thing about Elmo is he has no footballing ability at all.

No doubt you boo him when he comes on to give him encouragement too!

He's no where near as bad as you are making him out. I have no problems with Elmo coming on. Wouldn't be my first choice though.

I think O'Shea is very poor at RB but when he's in the middle he seems to be in the right place at the right time. He would be my first or second choice central defender (with Wes) although I'd prefer Bardsley, Gardner or even Mohammed Ali at RB before JOS.

I don't like to label any of our players s***e as I feel it's better to support and encourage them. It's counter productive in my opinion to slate them and doesn't help confidence or improve their performance, especially the younger players like Wickham.

Are there players who have under-performed ? Undoubtedly

Are there players who may not be up to Premiership standard ? Yes

Are there players for whom the move to SAFC has not worked out ? Yes

I don't think any players deserve to be labelled s***e though !

Elmohammady certain looks vulnerable to being moved on, as do Wickham (maybe on loan), Bramble, Turner, Kilgallon, Vaughan, Gardner and Ji Don Wong. I wouldn't label any of these s***e or slate them !

Probably to early to say about Wickham, if he is not playing and scoring regularly next season then he will have been a flop. Elm is out new D. Murphy

You had intrigued me and I was starting to enjoy some of your posts and you've gone way backwards with this one - tell me why 19 year old Connor Wickham (It has no H after the W by the way) is ****? Because he struggled after a good run of games with injury and confidence because certain idiots (probably you) get on his back all the time?? Definite possibility.

He's 19 - remember that - how good were you at your job when you were 19? I was OK but not great - he's a damn site better than any of us

The fear goes all the way back to Ipswich Town away in August 1981, we were 3-1 up I had desperately needed to relieve myself for about 20 minutes after 90 minutes I found the bog came back and ipswich had come back to 3-3 and apparently it was my fault.

I wouldnt have thought you'd be old enough to have been at a match in 1981!!! I think everybody has a preception as to the age of a person judging by their text and banter! I had you down as late teens to mid 20's!!!!

Ask Patrice Evra who gave him more bother Campbell or Elmo. Don't think Campbell beat him or got a cross off all game. Elmo skinned him and got a decent cross in almost instantly.

He's looked canny in his last two outings.
