I very seldom buy a paper but, if I do, it is usually the Torygraph. Not for political reasons, particularly, but that it actually gives a balanced view in its reporting, although its editorials are obviously biased. I was told that by a self-confessed communist lecturer in my student days and it's sort of stuck. Good sports reporting as well, which is where I always start!

Guardian on Saturday, Observer on Sunday.
    Wisden Cricketer, once a month.
And Viz, for 20+ years now!

You can't beat The Isle Of Wight County Press for a right riveting read. Some weeks they are so short of news, they name people who have been fined for taking their library books back late.

Daily paper wise, sometimes The i, sometimes Daily Mail.

Must agree pm, Viz is an excellent read <ok>

Ah yes, Viz. So much to admire! The top tips being a particular favourite. And some the drawing was excellent. I just loved "Black Bag; the faithful Border Bin-liner"
