Falcao, Di Maria, mangala.... You decide. Not including Balotelli as no one outside Deludeville thought he would succeed
Probably DiMaria - especially as most of us (well me) thought they'd bought a superstar that would really get them to push on. OP should have added LVG. Also in the running should be Lovren. Looked excellent last year under a proper manager and this season has been given the biggest insult - the inability to get in the Pool defence.
There have been so many ****e players, this season, it's really hard to pick one. I've gone with Di Maria, but only because of all the hype that surrounded him. If you build someone up as being the best thing since sliced-bread, you can hardly complain when the disappointment is ten-fold should be play at a level that would see him struggle to get into a Div 1 side. What about Slippy-G? Or Lampard? Or Ferdinand? Okay, all of these players are in the twilights of their careers, but weren't you expecting better than the ****e we've seen from all of them? Why isn't Ozil on that list? He's been average, at best.
