Tottenham and the chavs both have threads about us and the latter deciding how big we are in comparison to the scum. I thought it would be interesting to see which of the little London clubs we consider to be the biggest. Personally, I can't see past Arsenal. I also consider their 'unbeatables' team to be one of the biggest achievements in English football.
Arsenal. The north London power-shift never happened and Chelsea bought their way to glory. Some idiots don't understand that the size of the club isn't determined by the quality of their current squad. Chelsea has the best squad obviously.
Well its not Tottenham for sure! I would have to say Arsenal to be honest. Our (Chelsea's) fanbase is growing all the time with the success we have had in the last 15 years and being European Champs but I still think Arsenal have a bigger name, especially in the UK.
Arsenal are the biggest club in London IMO but if the Russian cabbage keeps pumping money into the Chavs then they will overtake Arsenal eventually. I don't know why the Spuds are even being mentioned to be honest, they have had a good side over the last couple of seasons but the manager that got them up there has been shamefully sacked and replaced by a clown so I can see their best players leaving and them being back in mid table in no time.
Biggest club is always a troubling term. By what measure? Money. Chelsea. Fans. Arsenal. Highest placed last year: Spurs. Currently highest placed: fulham. Biggest history: Arsenal Biggest recent history: Chelsea. Reason no one ever agrees is "biggest by what measure"?
Chelsea are Biggest in recent history, and have the best chance of the title this year. Arsenal have not won anything for 7 years is it now? And tottenham have never won anything
We bought Raheem from QPR. Shelvy came from Charlton. I would say Arsenal are the biggest team I would of said Spurs second a few seasons ago but Chelsea have over taken them now.
