With Cypriot TV being so ****e I am fortunate enough to be able to pick up the free to air channels on Nilesat and arabsat. There are plenty of channels to choose from, which play programs in English, with arabic subtitles, rather than dubbing them. One channel is currently playing, each evening, a triple bill of animation; Family Guy, followed by The Cleveland Show, followed by The Simpsons. I forgot you were in Cyprus Dev. Well, I made it back safe and sound and would recommend the place to any old fogies who want a bit of sun, but don't want 'any of that foreign muck'. It was like home from home Anyway, back to the poll: All I have to say is (_8(!) doh!
Both the Simpsons and Family Guy are great, but Family Guy has a level of absurdity beyond that of the Simpsons and is more likely to make me lol. That episode about Surfin' Bird (which was my ring tone until I got a new phone) was hilarious. The Cleveland Show is rubbish though, but then Cleveland was one of the weakest characters in Family Guy imo.
