As I post this I notice that Wigan have received the most votes for teams people would like to see go down. I wonder if this would still have been the case before Robert Martinez, and in particular Dave Whelan, tried to defend and justify Callum MaManaman's tackle on Sunday?
Any three expect Norwich to go down with the exception of Sunderland. Our friendship with the Black Cats goes back to the Milk Cup final in '85 and there is always a very friendly association between the two clubs in the from of a "Friendship Cup". When the two teams meet in the league, the teams that wins with an aggregate score of the two games gets the cup - we won that on Sunday despite the best endeavours of the bloody referee and a linesman
We are so awful. The ref did about as much as he could to get us the win, yet we are so bad we couldn't do that.
I voted for Wigan. They play good football and Martinez punches above his weight. With a bit more consistency, they could be up with Swansea, WBA & Fulham.
Agree. They played great football against us this season. Whereas qpr with all their millions just park the bus
Fudge, I misread it as Which team would you most like to stay up, and of course I voted Saints. Edit: I was correct, except the poll title is the opposite of the thread title
