So now it's Southampton next on the Chinese shopping list, and a price of £200m being said to be the price to buy them ... this will help Saints a lot to strengthen further and not sell their best players

still can't help wondering why they don't look at Leeds, probably get us for £70m and then use the left over £130m to build a strong team ... let's face it, whoever gets it right at Leeds will have a monster of a club on their hands ... Wolves, WBA, Saints, can't see the logic

They nearly bought us. Right up until they checked out this site & decided there was too much negativity for them to deal with. <yikes><wah><whistle>

you may not be too far off the truth Jocko ... Leeds as a club has been a very toxic environment since Bates took over ... fans have openly been negative towards the club's owners for a long time now, with Cellino the latest to feel the heat ... potential owners will take a look at this and wonder if they are also going to get a hostile reception and years of criticism, which doesn't make for a great environment in which to build a strong club

however, looking back at the owners since Bates started, and you can understand why the fans have been angry ... having idiots like LUST then jumping in front of the cameras to proclaim that they are the voice of the supporters makes our attractiveness as an investment plummet even further

if we had 38000 every home game, maybe we would have been bought by a billionaire by now, but the way the club has been run has eroded at fans' will to continue putting their hard earned into the club

It could be that Cellino doesn't want to sell or the unpalatable possibility that no one wants to face is that maybe the books aren't as rosy as the club would have us believe?

I think Cellinos put so much effort and cash into the Leeds project, he wants to see can he make it to the PL flying solo and reap the rewards. I don't begrudge him if he pulls it off

I tend to agree with that, & would add that his huge ego prolly plays a big part in it too.

Cellino doesn't want to sell outright, the talk is he only wants to sell a stake, and Radrizzani is the only player in game apparently.

Still a rumour at this stage me thinks.

I don't believe it personally. Why would either want part of a club. It's too messy, gfh proved that. Were better off with one owner imo

I agree Eire, one owner is better, but that's the way the talk is going at moment.

The reliable Journalist has been playing same tune for a couple of months now, the football insider has created the more recent article below,

I stopped reading after the line " the SUN claims a take over could be complete within weeks". It's more lazy reporting, nothing else. Here's a question, how would fans feel if a new owner introduced his own manager and sacked Monk, could easily happen

Even the TTGM lot seem to be running low on ammunition these days. Maybe theyll combine with LUST and form one useless group instead of two

That's why I said they'd form one useless group. Think they're fairly closely aligned anyway but thankfully irrelevant

'We'? Don't you mean 'He'? Which as you know, spells trouble for the 'We'!
