You'l be fine, you just need your manager to grab the situation by the scruff of the neck.

 

Somebody needs to grab the manager by the scruff of the neck and tell him to sort his best team out and play it week in, week out (barring injury or suspension) in order to get some understanding and togetherness in there. Unfortunately he has no idea what his best team is so he will keep tinkering and clutching at straws, and blame the players 'lack of quality' when it all goes wrong. If that carries on then he'll destroy the players' confidence and we will be gone long before the end of the season.
