Apologies if this has been raised (and answered) previously, but does anybody know what's happened to the poster known as Eamon Holmes? He's not posted in over a month now and I miss him.
I think the season has taken its toll, Hope all's ok. I did bait his last Thread a bit, but I saw it as a slightly wumming thread so I wummed him back, but only in an attempt at jest.
Sadly Eamon decided to take his leave of the board.......hopefully it will be for only a short time and he'll resume posting again in the future.
I took leave from the board the other day .............. and went to sleep that night. Woke up the next day feeling refreshed to go back on! Seriously though, Eamon as a member can be considered an active ingredient in making this board interesting. If all the interesting & valued members leave, we'll be nothing more than a Chelsea clone and that would be a sad state of affairs. When you are ready, mate.
In the end there'll just be swords on here, writing long, monotonous monologues to himself about whether he should moderate himself or not.
I must admit that I'm struggling to contribute anything of any value these days. Not that I contributed much of any value before, of course.
Come on Uber, don't put yourself down ........................ let us mock you instead, were naturals at it. Truth is, with our team continuing to struggle weekly, we the fans are too. Hopefully we'll be back with a win soon. Keep your chin up, mate.
