Lionel Messi had a goal wrongly disallowed tonight so where is the outrage? Can you imagine if it had been against Man Utd, there would be anarchy!
Hey, you aren't being fair here and are only giving a brief snapshot of events. Your claim is outrageous due to a failure to paint the whole picture. The officials also contrived to fail to send off Koscielny and award a penalty for his professional foul and ignored Arshavin's handball in his own box in injury time. Oh yeah AND they gave Barca a corner at one point when it should have been a goal kick. There, now it's more balanced
Its about bloody time video replays were bought in. Whats bitter about wanting to see proper officiating nor spoil a spplendid display of football. The best team were robbed batmanu. What were saying isnt some sort of fiction, there facts to back it up.
Kos never fouled Pedro though, he ****ed it up when the ball bounced up akwardly, Arshavin incident was ball to hand. What about Messi kicking Kos in the stomach blatently.
But it was Messi. He can do no wrong. Kos should have been sent off for getting in the way of Messi's boot...
Do you know the rules of football? How does the fact that an attacker didn't control the ball brilliantly allow the defender to commit a professional foul and not be penalised? He clearly fouled him. You surely watched the match and could see that. The Arshavin incident was an example of a player sticking their arm away from their body and then using the arm to gain an advantage after messing up their attempted play. Where would that ball have gone, had it not struck his arm? It would have gone straight to Pedro through on goal. The use of the arm prevented this clear opportuinity from materialising. I genuinely don't remember any kick in the stomach but if you can find me a link, and the link shows that this was a big decision for the ref to make (and by big, I mean worthy of a red card) then I shall digress on that one. If it wasn't worthy of a red card, then it is hardly on a par with the injustices that went against Barca last night. And then there was Song. What more can be said about this fouling machine?
The referee would have been accused of being a Utd fan had it been in Utds favour. Double standards by a lot of fans
