I know they've never been the best for crowds, but that was usually put down to the battle between football and rugby for the crowds. Well tonight Wigan had a Championship playoff home tie, and Warriers were at the KC.

Attendance at Wigan 14,500 (including 3,000+ from QPR).

And the away end at the KC:

So where are they?

Coincidentally, what was the attendance for FC tonight?

Can someone explain, what the deal with the three dots is, I see it over and over again. I know there is suppose to be an image, but most time it doesn't display. Quite high on the scale of frustration.

Try messing about with your swear filter, that sometimes fixes it. Not always though

It's weird how many empty seats there were at Wigan tonight, they've averaged more than tonight's attendance this season and you'd expect a jump for a play-off game.

if your swear filter is on(bottom left), turn it off and the images should appear.

Failing that, just hit 'reply with quote' and post and you should be able to see it.

It didn't used to happen, it's a fairly recent bug that site owner Mick has been unable to fix.

Just heard a corker from Pete Smurthwaite in the pub (he's the Bridlington Town FC chairmen and a Hull FC fan, guest on BBC RH Sportstalk in case you don't know). He said 'they don't need to dig up the pitch and fertlise the soil at the KC, there was enough **** out there tonight to do the job for them for years!' :)

He's a good sport and a good sort and that was priceless!

Don’t know him and I’m sure he’s a great bloke etc etc.

But he’s the drabbest mainstay currently on Radio Humberside Sport.

Not his fault, but as to why they continually have him on the show escapes me.

Because he makes himself available. Now his son Brendon has quit local sport PR he should go on, some if the stories he'll now be able to tell...

If anyone didnt know he was City's press officer during the climb up the divisions and then at Rervers for the past couple of years.

Pete is a Hull FC vice president.
Which makes his appearances on Rugby FM as a 'football guest' all the more puzzling.
Decent bloke though.
