Enough of MH for the moment ....................... How come we do not wear the 'white shorts' anymore. With Reading in the same league, it should be a no brainer, not mention I reckon our kit looked so much better with the wide stripes, white shorts and socks.
At home we do wear white shorts and socks. I believe that we sometimes wear blue shorts and socks away?
Living half way around the world in Qz, I always only tend to see them ( photos / footage or alike ) ............ wearing blue shorts or away strips.
As above, we occasionally wear them when home team also has white shorts. But I think it's silly against Man U because we're never going to get confused with them.
We may not get confused with them but the refs may e.g if two players are going in for a tackle side by side it's easier to distinguish which player is which. Just part of the laws
I believe they are yes. Which would mean we could wear Blue and White hoops, Blue shorts and white socks.
And linesmen trying to work out if it's Fabio or Rafael's leg they can see at the far side of the pitch when they're trying to make an offside call. (obviously it'll actually be whichever one favours Man U, but you get the gist)
Man U have white shorts and black socks this season IIRC which means we will probably have to change to blue shorts or go with our 3rd kit. On an almost related note, I had to once ref a Uni womens match and they both had the same socks, it was an absolute nightmare to work out throw ins and corners if 2 players were close. Some refs allow the same colour shorts and some dont.
I coached the side and they would start undressing as I was giving instructions, have you any idea how hard (ooer) it is to try and look them in the eye when theyre getting changed?
It was real, nothing actually happened. Im sure if it was a video I would have said, "Now I want a big pair up front" and someone would have pulled up their top and gone "how about this pair of big ones" and then the chika chika wow wow music would have started.
