    Good Luck <ok>

    Navan 1.50 BALLYOISIN 7/4

Third to my top horse to follow Limini, with Sandymount Duke in second, the hope is this ex pointer can settle better than he did that day. If he does he should win on the snaff.

    Navan 5.15 SIZING ALBERTA 9/4

If he runs like he did in a decent Galway race, he'll be a cut above these, looks a very poor bumper to me.

Illuminate 2.35 - this is a seriously talented filly and should love the conditions tomorrow. Has beaten Besharah already this season when they last met and I expect the same result tomorrow. Alice Springs could go well but she probably needs further than 6f. Good luck all

My bad fellas, Attivo PM'ed me to say he will be offline for a few days and asked me to pick up Daily Thread duties, unfortunately I had the day from hell at work today and didn't manage it.

Good luck anyways and hope Attivo is back safe and sound soon <ok>

From a betting point of view, Newmarket is pretty easily cut down today.

Neither Deauville nor Foundation is a betting proposition in the Royal Lodge Stakes at 2:00. Shalaa looks nailed on in the Middle Park at 3:10, with Ajaya looking too obvious for the forecast. Six of the field for the Cambridgeshire at 3:50 owe me money, so I will steer well clear of that cavalry charge!

The Cheveley Park Stakes at 2:35 looks to be a four-horse contest. Alice Springs drops down to sprinting after coming third in a Ballydoyle clean-sweep of the Moyglare Stud Stakes. Illuminate remains unbeaten after victory at the July Meeting but has not raced since. Mark Johnston’s grey Lumiere, a facile debut winner, was made favourite for the Lowther Stakes but was well beaten by BESHARAH, who has won twice since being touched off by Illuminate at Newmarket and with her stable bang in form can come out best here.

Two nice Listed Handicap heats at Market Rasen this afternoon at 2:15 and 2:50 respectively. Plumped for Gran Maestro of Newland's in the 2.50 @ 9/2 and I've alway's felt Oscar Rock has a bit of class about him, so hopefully he returns well fresh and can win the 2:50 @ 5/1 now available.

Like Stickwise, I've followed in on Forgotten Hero at 40/1 in the Cambridgeshire. He should be sticking to the task when the pace setters are tiring and the price is to big to ignore.

    Best of luck folks <ok>

    Afternoon all!!

A speculative eway L15 for me...

    3:20 H - SPEEDY MOVE 28/1
    3:50 N - BIRDMAN 28/1

My pin falls on Mistiroc in the Cambridgeshire this afternoon. Looking through his form it would appear the trainer has no idea about his best trip or has been pissing about most of the season to protect his handicap mark. Goldie in grand form too, including yesterday's Silver Cambridgeshire unfortunately! 50/1 is worth an ew poke.
Also like Dungannon @8s partnered by Oisin Murphy over at Haydock. Likes this ground and this time of year. Good luck all.

Nice one RV, had FOUNDATION up the last day but TBH hadn't even looked at the flat cards! Looks very decent on that evidence.

He's just wetted my appetite for Limini even more, she beat him and Sandymount Duke so easily RV, I think she's really going to be top class!
