For anyone who hasn't come across this before, there's a site that list many of our old players and what they're doing now.... http://www.where-are-they-now.co.uk/hull-city/a.php
Keith Edwards is a lorry driver in Sheffield! What a waste. Referring back to the 'striker coach' thread - surely he could pass on some knowledge to our forwards.
I had a chat with Stuart Pearson at Old Trafford on that famous day we lost 4-3. He lives in Spain now and is semi retired but occasionally comes over to do PR work on match days for United.
Great link, cheers! On the De Vries note, his brother was my P.E. teacher at Longcroft I think, and he was an utter tw@, I was a midget until 13 and he would play me in centre defence against giants from the other schools, then take the piss because I wouldnt break my legs trying to tackle them.
I know how you felt. I was a shortar5e until my mid teens too, but they put me in the basketball team!
Haha happy memories like me then! Scanned right through that list anyway, interesting that it says Rambo Billy is working at a BP plant, was wondering what happened to Payton as I read quite a few interesting stories about him a few years ago.
Nice one, by the way just had a look at some recent ex city players, Jozy scored 5 in 6 already for Alkmaar this season, Khamel Ghilas got 2 in 4 for Reims, seems he likes D1 in France and wow, Kamille played in front of 72000 for Istanbul BB against Galatassaray and won.....
yep Ghilas' team FC Stade de Reims (a famous name from the 50s and 60s) is top of the French second division..
