I cant believe we will go in to the new season without any new players ,but to be honest there doesnt seem to be any on the horizon ,ive heard rumours about this player and that one but nothing is happening, i must admit as a qpr fan im getting just a little concerned, god help us this season if we dont strengthen its simple we wont survive,i enjoyed last season it was great to have winning team its been a long time coming ,i just hope the board doesnt waste warnocks hard work by not backing him in the transfer market

There are two scenarios bowles10, trust me when i tell you...1, The goons are selling (very soon) that's why Warnock can't even buy bog rolls for the training ground...2, Warnock will be replaced very soon, that's why the goons have blocked every effort to sign players...your choice mate, pick one. cos by next week you'll all know that superhoopseddie was right!!! I know the answer to question 1 and 2 but I can not say!! all R's Fans will be smiling sooooooooon!!!!!!!!!!

Eddie; I really hope you are right because the amount of stick that I along with all other QPR fans i'm sure; is starting to get a little too much.
I'm praying for number1 because I think that Warnock deserves his shot at the Premier League again, roll on next week.

Eddie, you speak as if you know the outcome...I sure hope you are right, but surely the way you insinuate your quote you have an inside source telling you this, but how can they know the outcome of a meeting between fat cats talking about buying a club....hope you're right though mate.

Also the longer this takes, the more it will ruin our season.

Whichever happens, it betta happen PDQ so we can move on try and make a go of it on the Premier League. The most prestigious league in the world and our homecoming, and they treat our club and therefore US like this. Disgusting...

Super, I value the insight that you have been able to give us, especially as the "news" on Derry and Hill are such a surprise to most of us. If nothing else, it challenges our thinking. We've been let down by ITK's in the past but you sound very confident. Time will tell. If you do have these contacts, I hope the doubters don't put you off sharing these titbits but if you are wumming....

eddie we keep hearing this about takeovers, by rights should have happened a week ago as its on most boards but again nothing, i would hate warnock to leave & feel for him at this time & our preperations are being hampered back into top flight, was so looking forward to our pre-season & getting players in, but if we can't compete with likes of swansea & norwich in transfers then something is going wrong, its normally in papers when sort of takeovers get mentioned but nothing but if you know something we don't then i hope its good news.

One player who i feel we should try to get, and it will be a risk, but one which will be a huge success if it pays off, Owen Hargreaves.
Granted I know he'll want a huge wage, but maybe the fact he is unattached may help cut the wage down a bit, and lets be honest, he's a class above the majority of our team. any thoughts?

Let's not forget this is QPR we're talking about, one big ****up of a footbal club! We couldn't even win the league without it becoming a farce! I love this club and always will, but for as long as porky and the midget are at the helm, who can blame any player for not wanting to join us. It's hard to think of three clubs that are worse prepared for next season as us, so it's going to be one hard slog to survive. Miniumum investment in team + maximum ticket prices = me very pi**ed off and likely to venture no further than Sky Sports!

Alan Brazil said on Talksport this morning that the Crooks are trying to force COLIN out by not allowing him sign any players. He's a mate of Warnock but we didn't need him to tell us that did we? So it looks like Eddie's first scenario to me.

That's right Northy. What exactly do they do anyway? I presume they're some sort of Managers Union? And what the f*ck can they possibly do if a board decides to sack their manager? Another pointless quango?

Answer in order if you don't mind, our super moderator........

the only way we are realistically going to get rid of the goons is by boycotting games. OK so those that have already purchased season tickets are kind of suiffed, but what if for example, first game against Bolton, there are no QPR fans there?

the players and NW and his backroom team will probably feel agrieved but surely this would make a point? Or just have fans outside during the course of the games chanting for either the Mittals to buy the club or the goons to leave.

I also know that this next comment could be percieved as bad taste, but wouldn't it be good IF the NOW had some dirt to dish out on the two pillocks?
