Absolutely diabolical refereeing from Michael Oliver. Wait till you see it on MOTD tonight

Norwich 1-0 up and bossing the game and then quite possibly the most stonewall pen (+ red card) you will ever see is not given and Spurs go straight up the other end and equalise. What should have been 1-0 and Spurs down to 10 men is now 1-1 with Spurs in the ascendancy with 11.

All those hypocrite Spuds moaning on here yesterday can crawl back into their holes. King should be off and suspended for 2 games.

Defo penalty District pulled down by his shirt and the referee bottled an easy decision. Appalling refereeing.

    Absolutely disgusting.

People can moan all they want but our 2 goals were down to a poor linesman, it wasn't a refereeing call. Today was outright bias and favouritism shown towards the smaller club <ok>

Spuds will now go on to win this and all we'll hear is how they play the best, great, free flowing football and totally battered Norwich when they truth is Norwich were (up until the goal) much the better side that looked more likely to get a 2nd than Spurs did to equalise.

Its no exaggeration to say Norwich could be three up at the break with a tad more luck and a strong referee.<ok>

Tough job, officials are going to make mistakes just seems to be a lot at the moment.

In my opinion it was a red and a penalty but we've had plenty of decisions go against us this season so I don't mind getting one back.

    This <ok>

Probably one of the worst seasons ever for poor decisions though...

Have you noticed the empty seats around the ground.

At least the poor decisions at our game won't affect the result (probably).

Wigan were denied a point against you because of bad decisions. Norwich will beat us so it'll be the right result.

The refs have been diabolical all weekend. However the one in our match didn't actually affect the result, unlike the Chelsea and Utd ones. King was a penalty but not a red card, Hoult never had the ball under control even before the foul, so it can't have been a clear goalscoring opportunity. I don't believe they are corrupt, just incompetent.

Norwich had three penalty shouts this afternoon, two definite penalties and one 50-50. Corrupt much. <ok>

If you really think the refs have been bought (which is the only interpretation of corrupt I can think of) then I suggest you go and watch a different sport, especially since your team benefited so much yesterday they must be one of the bribers. As for me - incompetence seems a much more likely reason and I'll continue to support TV reviews to help them out.

Actually the ref can only give what he can see and he could have missed the King foul and thought that the Adebayor incident was 50:50. At least we didn't benefit from the error(s). Let's hope they got all the calls right at Wembley on Sunday so the better team can win.

Wrong: The rules don't say its a penalty only if you benefit from it <doh> It was an illegal shove in the back to ensure the attacker could not get the ball. Professional foul: outcome penalty and a booking. <ok>

What I meant was that we didn't benefit from any erroneous decisions because we lost the match anyway.

The Adebayor foul was a matter of opinion at best. But i don't like winning unfairly so I'm glad it made no real difference.

Maybe it won't now but King should have seen red and Goal difference could (and will IMO) determine who finishes 4th. King will most probably play on Sunday now whereas he shouldn't be. I'm sure QPR fans will feel just as aggrieved.

But since you are a believer in swings and roundabouts DL, I am sure you will understand that while what happened today only affected goal difference we are still waiting for the compensation for the refs decisions that cost us three points at Stoke and the subsequent Adebayor goal that was wrongly ruled out for offside, not to mention Webb missing the Balotelli sending off at the Etihad.

It is a mystery to me why anyone would think that a series of random events would even out in the long run, but you would be a hypocrite to complain if we won on Sunday with two dodgy goals as you seem to think that the two you got on Saturday compensated for the two that Utd got against you at OT.

PL Refs+ officials should be openly assessed by a judging panel and then ranked in order of their assessment! Week by week rankings to be published in the press. Bottom rankers to lose PL fixtures!
