You need to create an album and it appears you don't have one. Once you create an album you can upload pictures to it from your computer but to attach them to a post you need to select them to drag them down to the long box at the bottom and then click done (from memory)
 
DB. Yep I can see it now. I'll do one and make a note of exactly what I've done and post it for you. Back in a minute.
 
In your profile click your album (or start another one and click that). Click upload pictures. Then add files. Then Select files. Choose image from your computer and open and the name will appear in your upload files from your computer box. Click upload files and it will appear.

Start Post and go advanced. Click attachments and it will show you all the images you can attach. Select the image you want and drag down as instructed. Click done. Add any text if not already entered in your post and submit.

(You can also use the BRB code at the bottom of your image (shown when viewing in full screen) but I have used that yet.)
 
PS that's our proposed barmaid for the Wycombe football site.

Ah this is what happens if you select a picture from your album and select the full BRB code under the image. Then in your post select insert image and paste this BRB code.
