Preferred option in light of sfl sanctions and potential spl ones. No begging to be done, lower budget on players for next 3-4 years by which time you should be back on your feet, so to speak
If they stay in the SPL there can be no SFL sanctions; if they get a newco sorted before the end of the season there will be no further SPL sanctions.
dunno tarquin - the current "newco" rules are that they have to re-apply to spl - regardless of future proposed sanctions they could always say "no" besides is it possible to get newco sorted before then?
