    I couldn't see anyway he wouldn't. The way he backed out the first time round to allow her the seat, smelt badly of "this one's the poisoned chalice my mate Dave has handed over, I'll allow the stupid woman to take that bullet then ride in on the white horse"

    A bit like anyone after Rafa according to some people......

    You never know this was Ashley's long term plan and at Christmas we will appoint a young dynamo, spend some more cash in January and no one will ever mention Rafa or takeover again

    Nah that isn't Ashley's M.O.

    Bruce is a typical Ashley choice after one the supporters wanted.

    Its like "right we've tried it your way paying some fat oaf over the odds, lets try it my way again with some english lad who just hasn't had the breaks" I might be wrong but I think the **** is just always looking for value and profit like a barrow boy.
