Does anybody know what day the fixtures for the 11/12 season fixtures are realeased? There are a few games that I have my eyes on next season (two derby (that's derby as in the type of game, not Derby from Pride Park ) matches, 2 West Ham games, possibly Blackpool away although I doubt they'll get relegated, Leeds, ect). EDIT - Just did a quick Google search: Confirmation that fixtures in respect of next season's league programme will be released on Friday 17 June. 2011.The announcement will be made at 9am on bcfc.com and other media outlets and will include all Premier League and Football League fixtures for the 2011/12 season....
Let us hope that the two derby matches against Saints are arranged at sensible times and dates, although I would imagine that Sky Sports would want to claim them immediately for their viewers !!
I can understand them wanting to show our games, but it would be only if there isn't a decent looking Premier League game available I would think. My main hope is that we can have the two games without a lot of aggro.
SFC4BAG, I can only see Sky wanting to arrange matches between us for say a Monday evening at 7.45 pm !! A logistic nightmare for the police to handle, as so much will be at stake for the minority of "Fans" from both sides to handle. Still we can only hope things pan out properly.
