When Masky Was A Boy!

I was walking through Victoria park today, a place I spent a load of time as a tit…..and my memory went back to a moment of glory. I was passing a ball to my pal, he returned it back to me for a period of time….”to me to you” sort of thing. And there before me, and much to my surprise….a young Don Murray was watching, and joined us for a few. Magic moment at the time….great memories!
Onwards, walking through Thompson Park, and on the top field, uneven as my todge, one would often find John Toshack practicing with a couple of pals before fame….think he avoided Vic Park, because a host of kids played there! Often think what a great honour it was for them to meet Masky! Masky
