Now I know that SC has been away on a well deserved break but the time is fast approaching when we will actually need some new players if we want to put out a team in the Championship in about 5 weeks. On the BBC Football site we are one of only a few teams that have no news in the player department, other than the injury to Agard, which seems to me a bit late to start doing the business required. No panic on my part because if my memory serves me correct we went down a similar road last year and look where that took us. All you guys closer to the action have a much better view of what's what and I have read the Rumour Mill etc but as yet I can't say I have seen or read anything that gives me confidence that we are close to any deal, yet alone the right one for us. Pre-season anxiety my doctor told me but further tests will confirm the diagnosis.
