He'll never play under Redknapp again.

We've no chance. The way he's been tearing it up at Fulham his next stop will be the Bernabeu

Can't see it happening & don't see the point, he clearly had no interest playing for us in the Championship which is why all pre-season issues & Harry's not going to want him back & risk upsetting the team.

Just watched the motd highlights and he played the 90 but they never showed him touching the ball once.

In the post match clips which 'Sir Les' was punditting, they showed him twice. He lost the ball both times. The first time he tried to take on too many players and the second he failed at an attempted back heel pass.

I always skip that but he's a very annoying player when things are going wrong but a fantastic one when things are going well. Great for our league, awful for a relegation side.

You've hit the nail on the head there mate. He's too much of a confidence player.

The guy is a dick. He will sulk and misbehave, but he would shred the championship (again).

People need to get off their high horses cos the day we welcomed back Barton after all his antics is the day we proved that we don't care about a players behaviour. Taarabt is a saint compared to that bell end. NB. Recent comments on twitter about Giggs.....just when we thought he was learning to behave.

He hates losing and being subbed, so is wasting his time at Fulham. I say recall him and let him tear it up then get rid at the end of the season.

Just for the record...I never welcomed back Barton and really dont care if he is with us or not.
    He's having a stormer...agreed, but i wouldnt give a F**K if he left tomorrow!

As for AT. If he could lose weight, IF he could be bothered, If he didnt think he was to good for us, IF he hadnt deserted us when we needed him, IF he would train, IF he wanted to be a team player, IF........etc

Then maybe he could be ok for us. Those that think he would do what he did last time are so very badly wrong....Dont you think that everybody has seen all the "tricks & flicks" routine..?
Robbie Savage worked him out and cancelled him out..That says something about just how good he is....or was !!

Move on...give me Townsend anyday..A player who showed AT what you are supposed to do when you have a special talent..<ok>

Players like him are never up for an arm wrestle, they only like to shine when the sun is out and when everything is peachy.

    Agreed, see above comments.

And or send him further away. The difference with Barton is that even though he can still shoot himself in the foot ( often ) ........ probably fair to say that he still has half a brain and quite a bit of backbone and he proves this most weeks. As much as I too dislike him as a person, I must give him due credit to his efforts whislt playing and the way he has carried himself on behalf of the club, since his return ...... so far so good.

Adel however, has proven to not to give two sh-its about the club ................. it has only ever been all about him. That sadly, will never change and will prove to be his demise.
No one has ever questioned his football ability, just his attitude ............... which overrides everything.

As I understand it he is on a season long loan which is exactly what it says on the tin. I do not believe there are any get out clauses for any party.

As much as I love the fellah and would love to see him in hoops again, he doesn't want to be here, Redknapp doesn't want him to be here, and Fulham can't terminate the agreement even if they change their manager.

For the first time ever I have sympathy for the frustration of the "haters", can we please move on?

I'd love to have him back

I'd have him in the side over Henry O'Neill Jenas every day of the week

It never ceases to amaze me that those in rose-tinted specs expect the second coming to be a forgone conclusion and he'll 'tear up the Championship'. He played in a different side, had a gifted 'gofer' in Ale Faurlin and was clearly a lot fitter than he is now. That was his season, it was three years ago and is now history, get over it, he won't be back...
