When are they starting on the new pitch?

    It looks like Hull FC have started their run of away games, has the new pitch started to be redone yet?

    We're not going to dig the pitch up while there's still a remote chance of us having a playoff game still to play.

    Watching Bristol rugby union v Saracens. The football club and the rugby club have both been playing on it through the bad weather all winter and the pitch looks in better nick than the MKM ever looks.

    I wonder what will be different this time to make sure we're not back to square one before too long? I know we have new, better growth lights but there has to be more to it than that?

    It’s an entirely new pitch, in previous seasons we’ve just skimmed the top off and reseeded the old one.
