I was having a good think last night (a dangerous pastime of mine) about all this wheeling and dealing.

It's actually not the worst thing to happen to us. The worst thing that could happen is that 90% of Warnock's team run out for the first game next season and then we lose a couple. Where would we go from there?

So assuming there is no money and it's a fair assumption. ;) McD is at least going to do his best to change things around a bit and freshen up the team with a bit of youth. I am starting to like the idea!

Let's face it! Morrison didn't want to be here, so it's good he's done one to Milwall. IMO, we also need to ship out Kenny and Brown on loan or whatever. They are a couple of Warnock's players who I think McD should really be looking to show the door as well.

So bring it on. A young vibrant Leeds team who want to play for the shirt and respect McD.

    Up the Leeds

(oh and **** off Bates and the camel shaggers) I still have to retain a bit of my cynicism. :emoticon-0103-cool:

Why the phuk do people keep having a go at Brown? He may have his faults - dives in too quickly, doesn't always stay on his feet. But you can guarantee he will put in a shift for the team. How many players we've had over the last 5 yrs who would probably have more natural talent can say that?

Time for a number of you to realise that we need the likes of Brown to allow the glamour boys to do their job.

Boggers I agree with you about Brown but who are these 'glamour boys' you mention?

Surely you don't meant Green and Norris? <yikes>

Cheers LiE. The glamour boys might have been Pugh & Rachubka!!!!. But more likely they're McCormack and to a lesser extent Byram. They're the sort of guys who don't do much, but get all the plaudits as an iffy shot goes off their little pink floppy thing to score the winner in the 5th minute of Fergietime to get us a "well deserved??" winner!!

I'd happily get rid of Brown, Kenny and Pugh.

I've got no problem with Brown but he is getting old and he's on a large wage (for Leeds) from my understanding so I'd move him on so we can get and pay younger/hungrier players.

Couldn't really give 2 hoots about Kenny to be honest. If think we could get a better Keeper IMO and a younger one at that. Please just not Paul Robinson.

Danny Pugh is going to leave this summer, he doesn't have a future at club anymore. I can only see him leaving the club and going to the Wendies

Fair attempt at WUMMING TC, but why would McCormack go to a small club & play in front of 15 to 18k a week when he can stay at one of the biggest clubs in Britain & play in front of 30 to 35k fans if we ever get our act together?

Might not be his decision Boggers - Leeds can't afford to pay their top earners - that's why you begged us to take Morison for a season <ok>

Blackpool pay about half the wage of Leeds, have let most of there best players go rather than pay them an average champ wage and massive prem money has disappeared into Oystons pocket.worse than Bates him.

Brown can fcuk off, bloody liability, can't get a full season out of him and although he charges around actually contributes very little. Well past his best, which is not good enough for us. We want players peaking not slow and tired.

Sorry Billy, but I never saw him either slow or tired over the last season. His experience gives him yards anyway, and he must be one of the fittest in the team. Have you looked at him recently? He must have 0% body fat. The lad is dedicated. To me, he's about 75% of a Batty, and that'll do for me.

Its actually my understanding that Blackpool don't have much money. They are letting there captain and one of the best defenders in this league go for a free coz they cant get him to sign another deal, thats the reason Holloway left.

And McCormack seems very very committed to leeds, in fact one of the more committed we've had in years. Also I think McD seems to rate him quite highly as well suggesting he shoulda made the scotland team

I actually tend to agree with you. seems to really put a shift in for the team and I've never been particularly dissappointed with a performance he has put in. I think there are better though and I wouldn't mind him being moved on just to free up wages as he is now quite old

Unfortunately 15 - 18k is exactly what he's playing in front of at Elland road. In case you haven't noticed, we have as may empty seats as full ones at most matches. Pitiful
