Thought it would be good to go through our memories of the worst leeds united signings over the last 40 years , should be a good laugh , after all as a Leeds United fan you got to laugh or you would cry with insanity ha ha LOL
so many as many clubs have but Kevin Nicol sticks in my mind signed to be our captain from Luton was injured then when he came back asked to to go back to Luton. wheres ya heed at son.
Special mention for Thomas Brolin. At that point we were on the verge of becoming a really powerful club in the infancy of Premier League and the finances it brings. It was a club record signing and was supposed to be the investment to take us to the next level. We had to get that one right. He flopped, we floundered and other clubs took on that top 3 status. For me, it was a key turning point in the history of our club. If we got that right and signed someone with a Cantona-esque impact on our club then it might just have turned out differently for us as a footballing force in Europe.
Most of Cellino signings were bad, Nick Ajose being one but nothing beats Augustin. Rachubka in goal and the time we loaned Kebe and Stewart with buy options Anita, De Bock, Douglas and virtually every left back in the last 10 years
