Watching the rugby, and sometimes too the football you may notice there's the spanish sounding music then everyone shouts out OLAAAAY!

My question, whats the music or what ever you wanna call it called ?
and is it played over a speaker or is it an instrument ? thanks! :)

Stick a gun in your ear and fire. But listen carefully, you won't have long.

They do it in Germany, Italy and France aswell. To be honest, Trev isn't far off the mark.

I didn't even read your question, they do it over the speaker sometimetimes, but also on an instrument.

It does get the crowd going though, I've heard it a lot over here and also in Germany and Italy. Been going on for at least 5 years.
