Just seen on the BBC news that Norwich City have not allowed them to interview Paul Lambert, anyone know why?
The interview I saw on BBC last night must of been a different manager to ours. He looked like Lambert and certainly sounded like him!
Ok, just heard that Norwich banned any interviews for Look Suffolk (that's what its called isn't it?) Something about last season, not sure what!
Evening Carra, the programme is called "Look East" and is broadcast from a studio in Norwich, so, anyone know why your local BBC news channel, based in your own City, are not allowed to interview the manager of the local football team ?.
Stewart White isn't that bad surely? I used to quite like Suzie Fowler Watt I bet she takes it up the....!
I must admit that I heard Cruet ****e, or whatever his name is, say that and wondered what was going on bearing in mind that PL was interviewed by the Beeb last night. Be interesting to see what happens tomorrow when we play MK Dons.
oh warky ,theres norwich city fans on this site as well as children , or are they one and the same ??
Remember the article regarding Leeds? Said they would do what they are contractually obliged to do. Seen it a few times with the BBC, talking about the three promoted clubs and only showing clips of interviews with QPR and Swansea. Post match interview is required by the Premier league or FA I think, heard it being talked about after all this stuff with Ferguson not going to interviews saying the club is required to do a post match interview.
We can't be as we were allowed to watch the highlights of your game on Saturday and that was definately an X- rated horror film!!
While we are on the subject of local football coverage. Who remembers "Match Of The Week" presented by Gerry Harrison on Anglia? Best local football TV show ever!
Superb stuff, purely and simply a regional roundup programme. I know Northampton and Luton crept into it, but great compared to the "top 6 and cram in the rest of the league" format these days
It was a great show Cromer! I remember watching the old farm derby's on there in the days when you could watch football without having a ****ing sky box!
I seem to recall that somehow Hull and Scunthorpe crept in although I can't remember seeing Grimsby or Lincoln. I also seem to recall that to start with it was in black and white with the cameras behind the goal.
