I genuinely thought that the huns would hammer Killie yesterday. After all they have been through plus a full house I assumed it would galvanise them.

Against my better judgement I ended up watching their game and I have to say: Rangers are utter ****e!

For the want of better finishing, Kilmarnock should have gone in at half-time 3-0 up and it would not have flattered them. Rangers improved in the second half but that was because Killie were content to hold on to their lead.

Neil Lennon was at the Motherwell game yesterday and he said we was impressed by them, beating Hearts 3-0 despite being down to 10 men for a chunk of the game.

So why not? Rangers' next four games are ICT (a), Hearts (h), Dundee Utd (a), Celtic (h). Would anyone be surprised if they dropped at least 8 points in those games?

No surprise at all for Rangers to drop a hatful of points. M'well gained 13 points on them this week and with Rangers losing players whose contracts are up in the summer,
probably this week, it is certainly all there for them if they want it. That could be the problem, Motherwell are currently managed by a Rangers loving manager who
has managed the Well to massive defeats everytime they played Rangers. He may feel allowing Rangers to finish second maybe in his longterm interests as he has his right eye on the Rangers job.

The other unpredictable influence is whether the refs and their assistants continue to give their support to Ranges, now when they are not been paid.

Rangers were rank rotten yesterday, devoid of creativity, their only chances came from set pieces. I think they were unlucky with the second disallowed goal though. Shame. <laugh>

I think it might depend on injuries and who gets the chop during administration - their squad is 'flimsy' to say the least. But my guess is that they still should be good enough for second; I'm not sure Motherwell will be consistent enough over the rest of the season to push them.

If rangers have to offload three or four first teamers in the next few weeks, the Steelmen could catch the Stealmen.
