Hope Jose saw something he liked in Mata. In a team with no central midfield spark, he is currently the only one really firing. Hazard looks like he's on a course of Mogodon. Either that or he's embracing Joses "new "plan. Hope it's the Mogodon.
The rest of them are looking decidedly tradesmanlike, too mechanical ,none of the excitement of last season.
At least they woke up second half, and exposed Spurs as likely top 4 but not winners.
Credit to us sticking in there while still coming to terms with a new style of play, which I personally cannot work out and don't like. Have to trust Jose to get it right, but would love to see some signs of improvement.
