...Was wondering how my fellow reds, came up with there user name's.

Mine's simply down to the fact, Mr Jan Molby is one of the finest, most underrated players I've ever seen.

Let's be honest, Jan isn't your typical shape for a professional footballer. Some cruelly would describe him as a bit of a "fat" lad, but boy could he play football.

I have never seen anyone able to pass a ball like Jan, he didn't need to run when he could pass a ball like that. He'd spot a run, and land the ball directly into the path of the player without them having to break stride. He could play little passes around midfield that would create space in a heartbeat. Truly a brilliant player.

He could also score his share as well, and once bagged a hat trick of penalties in a game for us. He could tackle and was as strong as an ox so difficult to knock of the ball. I still say he was instrumental in us winning the double in '86. His performance in the cup final that year was a master class, for any aspiring midfield youngster to watch.

In a modern age, where players seem to be based on how fast they can run. I doubt Jan would have had much of a look in, but the big Dane was my idol as a kid, a "fat" lad who could play football and turned in to a scouser..Brilliant.

And that's why I'm proud to have his name in my I.D.

foredeckdave is a joke amongst my sailing friends. I love sailing and have logged up thousands of sea miles but I HATE working on the foredeck. Hence the name. But it is a mouthfull - should I shorten it to FDD?

I'm a fan of Hunter S Thompson an author, he worked with an artist called Ralf Steadman who's art is known as Gonzo.

People may know Dr Gonzo a character in the Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas movie.

Also Thompson was known for 'Gonzo journalism', which is where you get so involved in the events you're reporting that you become a part of your own story.

I think deep down we all know that Igor Biscan was one of the greatest player to ever pull on the red shirt, so it was only right to dedicate my name to him.

    skylarking-
Verb: Pass time by playing tricks or practical jokes; indulge in horseplay: "he was skylarking with a friend when he fell into a pile of boxes".

Also one of my favourite Horace Andy tunes:

I've been looking for that, in a general manner.

Have to admit I thought luvgonzo was into furry armwarmers rather than the good doctor.

I got a bit into his stuff after seeing F&L in LV.
I'm quite into my digital art, so I did a poster for it:

    Interesting thread.

Mine is a dedication to Robbie Fowler. People should bow to his greatness!

It's a name I have transferred across from the old 606.
