Wow. It does actually look as if it's waving with its left paw. Does it know you well?

To be honest Plym it's not my cabin but a friend of mine's he took the pic with his phone.
The bear got fed up and walked away.
We have to be careful when getting out of the car look around first.
When walking to the Lake i carry Bear Spray and my 45cal Hand Gun.never had to use it yet.

Your third sentence is the same in Manchester or so I'm told. Trouble is there the animals carry the hand guns.

Showed my grandaughters the photo today. The 10 year old was mighty impressed and now wants a cabin in the woods across our park. It's either that or I post her out to you.

I can't tell her it's tagged and therefore a good bear BC. Wearing a TAG in this country means you are out of prison on licence. She'd think it had an ASBO or something. Both the girls are mighty fond of a cute animal picture. If you want to give them nightmares then send a picture of a rabbit hanging off a stick with a fire underneath. They both just lurve a rabbit. Rosie who is the 10 year old has a room full of fluffy toys most of which are rabbits. She hasn't been very well of late and we have had her for a few days because mum and dad both work. She has spent half the time trying to con me into buying this "most adorable big soft rabbit" from some shop in the town. £135. I had to tell her I hated her and both Christmas and her birthday was cancelled.

She will look forward to the picture though.

I was thinking of digging a smallish hole in the garden and telling them one had moved in.
