I was having one of those conversations with a fellow football lover who asked me what had become of our Yellow Nets at Carrow Road. I did a bit of "research"and found this: http://ghostgoal.co.uk/2011/05/16/whatever-happened-to-the-stanchion/ But it only threw up "whatever happened to the stanchion" ( and the demise of that is a mystery to me, though the author of that post does have a tongue in cheek dig at his joy of the Ipswich Nets "knocked together by the groundsman in his garden shed") Can any one "shed" some light on the demise of the Yellow Onion Bag at Carrow Road? I promised my friend an answer of sorts and thought who better to ask than my esteemed mates on Not606 on a Wednesday night when you know you have nothing to think about but our upcoming buys and first game of the season. OTBC & Cheers for any answers to this bothersome question
You're wasting your life away out there in Honk Honk, me old China! It's only Wednesday day back here in the Motherland! You'll be old before your time
Damn - it's only a third of a day ahead, but that could make me culmilatively about 13 years older than I should be. I have recently been worried that my rhododendron's aren't going to win best prize in this year's local horticultural show and the colour of Norwich City's Nets. I think I need to get out more.
