I'm strangely intrigued, especially as the thread referenced was one of mine. But I am also a bit bemused by the whole CernyJermaine-gate issue that escalated yesterday. Just one observation to make - if it was CB - he seemed to be very wound up, almost seething, and in some respects I can see his point. I would have liked to have seen him reinstated, or as with another poster who overstepped given a set period (I think it was two weeks). As Evelyn Beatrice Hall once wrote, "I disapprove of what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it".
It is weird in that the first three posts are by the same person. It appears TEL is talking to himself.
I noticed that too...but am I being thick, what actually does that mean (posts being deleted?)....I have not ever found a way of deleting posts....only the content. I love a good conspiracy

Nothing particularly intriguing about it old chap. I was wondering where an apparently decent poster with real value to this board, one with actual opinions and something to contribute had gone? Did he give up under the relentless tide of bull****? Did he look at the endless stream of posters buying into an internet attention whore and think "**** this for a game of soldiers"? I'm really curious. What happened to Dan? Maybe he went to other boards where internet "characters" like this are pretty well-sussed for what they are. Your "mate" was laughed off all other boards. The thread referenced being one of yours was deliberate. Right of reply and all that. I am too. I'm sorry I missed it. He should have been IP'd on his first ban and it wouldn't have happened. It was quite funny seeing the scales fall from some eyes though. One observation to make right back. This is not the CernyBerny of 606. If anybody's interested I'll post links and you can see the difference for yourself. This is not the same guy. The other poster you mention. Let's hear his story. Or let's hear yours.. It comes with responsibilities. Freedom of speech without accountability means nothing. Those who would exercise free speech have to be accountable for what they say.

For me it's a debate about value to this board. I've created a thread to that end. What I did there. Do you see it? The second post was just quoting some nonsense from that thread to see what came back. Nobody who comes on here should be worrying about these sorts of remarks. "Exposes"? FFS we're not in the Mafia. We're fans. Sometimes we're up, sometimes we're down. It's the nature of the beast. My third post is Ronseal. Give me whatever this idiot CB's said at any time and we'll go through it together.
