I know Hayden is good but cannot be relied on on his own, we need another defensive mid, because I believe the absence of one has also hurt our defence. I obviously want us to buy Willock. Already our 2nd top scorer and not been in the team 5 minutes, seems to fit in well. Would be worth 20m easy. We also, I think, need a captain at the back. A leader of a CB. Lascelles is not good enough. Thoughts?

I left out Almiron purposely because unless you play him centrally there's no point in playing him. He's not a winger, he's really CAM, and I think we should aspire for better personally. He'd be far better suited going back to the MLS or a foreign league. He's been our best player in the absence of our best players, but he's not good enough for this level of play if we want to move forward. Hard working, has skill and talent, but I think we should be aspiring for better. I'd not put him in the side over Willock, we need a CDM, and I'd not rely on Almiron as a primary creative CM either.
