Is the fact that if we do go down, then we got a snapshot of our team for next season ( bar some of course..) today. Possibly with boswinga thrown in as the ##### refuses to leave! I know was only a cup game but would have loved a win for morale. I'm the ever optimist, but Jesus, come on. Lets focus on the league chaps. Nothing else matters now! You R'sssssss!
If we go down we'll be in the wilderness for years unless 80% of today's team are axed. We simply have one of the worst squads imaginable and I have to say I can't see us staying up, we are just too poor as a TEAM...
Now you see..........that's why leaving out SO many players was a mistake imo. Confidence gained during this month has been shattered!
The fact is Harry knows the players he can rely on and clearly most of today's team are not part of it. It's better he shows that today than try and bring them in for a league game. I won't be surprised to see four or five new faces by Thursday, it really is our only hope...
