Just for a bit of fun let's see who is nearest, how much will Cellino offer to sell for...

    £45m is my guess

Doubt if it'll be that clear cut Ristac. Expect new owners will have to take on various debts which would push up price. Given current state of club 45 would be more than enough

With total liabilities and buying ER and TA it will be £75mill and that's three times what we are worth!

Difficult this because there is no way GFH will sell their shares and will only see a rise in the share value with a sale. That was the reason Cellino refused to buy back ER because they wouldn't pay 25% of the price they wanted him to pay for it and then watch their share price rocket because the valuation would tripple due to now having an asset. GFH are the worse thing ever even worse than Bates and Cellino. Without GFH Cellino may have worked out

Isn't Cellino obliged to give GFH first option on his shares if he wants to sell? Hope the fans have it documented that Cellino made GFH the offer & they declined it - otherwise we'll be back in the courts again.

Not sure - he agreed to take on £20M of the GFH debt - and has only paid them 2 lots of £5M so probably. He's also put in a further loan of £12M last season.
So he has spent £22M so far and is still in debt to GFH for £20M (that they were supposed to be re-negotiating upon the purchase of ER.)
LFU are asking for "exclusivity" - which means they intend to to due dilligence but this would also gives them a few months to raise the necessary cash <ok>

To pay off Cellino in full take on all the debts (owed to Cellino and other parties) Buy back ER and TA and turn Leeds into a promotion possible side 120M

If this group buy the club in installments (cant really see any other way) and have to pay Cellino masses of interest on these payments you will be in a far worse situation than you ever were under Bates you will never own ER or TA <ok>

THEY DONT HAVE THE DOSH cant see this deal happening to be honest unless someone with mega bucks steps forward and wants in!!

Cellino said he isn't looking to make a profit which is a bit of a cheeky statement.

He should be looking at cutting his losses, since he brought us we have surely gone down in value, we sold our main asset in Ross and Byram who was once talked about in excess of £5m is now worthless with his contract set to expire in a few months.

Continue like we are and we will be playing in Division one next season then what would our value be.

It may be that Cellino realises relegation is becoming more likely and realising the drastic effect that would have on our resale value, has opted to get out while he can maybe get his money back

I don't see why he should get his money back, if we had got promoted and he wished to sell would he have accepted his money back or wanted a very healthy profit. He gambled, he has failed and I personally feel we are worth less today than the day he came forward. Our gate numbers are dropping, we have no players worth any value and the ones we did sign in Doukara and Wood are certainly not worth the fee's paid, we don't even have an income from a sponsor.

I agree though, Cellino is fearing the drop, he will fail in his appeal and not be allowed any say in the running of the club, with other pending court cases I wouldn't be surprised if he is found guilty again and it would be curtains anyway. I just hope that on his way out he takes GFH with him, I don't even mind if we drop a division and rid ourselves off all the crooks who are running us.

He didn't purchase Leeds United because he loves the fans or the City, he was taking a gamble believing he was going to take a quick and easy route to the rich pickings of Sky TV and the PL. We don't owe him anything, Cellino gambled he lost, he has just stagnated us for another 3 years and probably longer when the next person in unravels more skeletons, legal bills and issues.

Risdale gambled and he too lost (with great consequences I know) but at least it was fun while it lasted, I can't remember one bit of fun under Cellino, just negativity
