Took this off my previous thread....What will happen over the next 5 games.....? Huddersfield Away...Lose Birmingham Away...Draw Charlton Home...Win Blackpool Home...Draw Middlesborgh Away...Lose I think 1 win,2 draws and 2 losses or a 5 points total if we're lucky...
It will take one result to bring back confidence - that said there are 3 tough away games - 2 wins, a draw and 2 defeats for me
We will pick up 8 points from that Point at either Huddersfield or B'ham and obviously loosing the other Win both Hone games and getting a point at M'boro
I would add Brighton and Wolves to your 5 that takes us to 20 games AND NEEDING 13 more points ! Sheffield Derby and Ipswich TAKING US TO HALFWAY and needing a minimum of 24 points on the board. Last season the equivalent 10 games we gained 15pts................
How sad it is that we are already tring to find points for our boys when they clearly can't do it on their own. If most of these predictions come true then we will almost certainly be looking for a new manager, and pardon me for asking why we are expecting one good result to get us back on track when we spent most of the last 3 seasons hoping for the same. Doesn't that say everything about our club? Nuff said methinks.
I think we can beat all those games coming up, we won't but if you look at your next game and believe you will lose that's your choice but only on form do any of these worry me. Huddlesfield got stuffed 4-0 last week to Millwall Birmingham in poor form Charlton not great at the moment Blackpool ok but not on fire like the beginning of season Middlesboro away could be tricky but we have beating there before. Glass is half full with me. Form changes so why can't it change tomorrow?
I did say that I rearranged the lucky charms last week however I noticed that they weren't quite in the right order after the game... They are now correctly in place which signifies a decent run - trust me...
These are all tough to call, but when is anything ever easy with City ??!!! Birmingham are even more unpredictable than we are, but for me its only 2 points from these next 5 games, unless our form/luck takes a dramatic turn for the better Huddersfield Away...Lose Birmingham Away...Lose Charlton Home...Draw Blackpool Home...Draw Middlesborgh Away...Lose Up the City
Predictions so far are spot on,I was hoping for a draw against Charlton,but I reckon they will spank us.
