Wingers to provide compettion for Stewart and Brady. 3. Cover at centre back to provide cover in case of injury/loss of form. 4. Cover for Rosie in case of injury. 5. A plan B tactically. 6. For wingers to play like wingers and not full backs. 7. A strong experienced leader on the pitch and on the bench.
