Reading Red Prints comments that he got the state of the pitch wrong, saying last year it will be a mess with the rugby boys. Makes me wonder what we've got wrong, I know a majority got Cotterill wrong but what else have any of us also got wrong these past seasons.
I got it wrong with Wilbraham I didn't voice it but at the time, I thought we've got another Haywood and will be a waste of money.

So what can you say that you've either voiced it or thought something that's been wrong.

    Was wrong about :
    Cotterill
    Elliott
    Pitch
And according to L 1 pros Fielding (still to be convinced about him in the Championship).

And of course, dear old Wagstaff.
I was convinced he wouldn't start at all this season.

Must admit I had my doubts regarding Fielding, first game against Shef U, I thought "oh no, he has to go"...lol Fair play to him, proved me wrong.
He will make mistakes in Championship but I think he will be ok, will certainly be tested!!

Thought replacing Liam Kelly with Korey Smith was disastrous and ruin our season.

Thought putting Osbourne in the middle of our back 3 to replace flint was a good idea

I was sure that following relegation, Barnsley, Doncaster and Yeovil would do well this year

    I was wrong about:
    Cotts
    Matt Smith
    Williams
Fielding (I wasn't as critical as Redprintt of him, but I did see him as a weak link)
Agard - on a (slightly) negative note - I thought he would have scored more goals

I usually tend to keep quiet about things but when we signed Wilbraham I slagged him off.... Mainly because before he signed there was a lot of rumours going around that we were signing Cody McDonald, Scott Hogan or some lad from Man City and it turned out to be a 35 year old who had only scored 2 goals in 3 years but I think everyone was underwhelmed by the signing, but 10 months on and 21 goals later everyone loves him!

Me too on both of those
Also doubts about Fielding up until October, about selling Baldock and dropping JET,
Going back, doubts about sacking Millen and McDel.

No problem getting rid of SOD though.
Possibly the biggest disaster our club has ever experienced

There ! Confession is good for the soul

I rejoiced and celebrated when Miss Millie was fired, absolute crap manager, bad leader, personality as flat as a witches tit but as proven since, something we all knew, a capable coach and gofer, also a nice bloke but keep him away from Bristol City FC..

Delboy was not given a chance and sod was out of depth as he had the early 5 pillars to stick to. But he got Flint, Fielding, Pack and Other right

Wasn't expecting Joe Bryan or Pack to step up to the plate like they have.

Like Lanny I was gutted when we let Liam Kelly go and got Korey Smith, but will happily admit that I got that one wrong.

Not surprised about Joe Bryan, but I am with Flints transformation.

SoD I didn't want, thought he was overrated manager who done well at Doncaster but not convinced he was the answer. When we went down without a whimper it confirmed what I felt.
