He scores when he wants, he scores when he wants, Miguel Michu, he scores when he wants. In Malmoe in August...

    He didn't score though...

Hard to remember which song in particular. I just remember the wall of noise as I walked in with my Gran to the Vetch. I used to love ten men went to mow. That doesn't happen anymore does it, and of course the Swansea song!

Wasn't there a song about Dennis Lawrence or am I imagining that?

Hen Wlad Fy Nhadau/"Land of my fathers" - sent shivers down my neck... Had actually been to a Norwich game before my first Swans game and their "On the Ball City" whilst quite good, doesn't really have the same emotional power. :)

I vaguely remember one of the Bristol teams signing something about sheep shaggers to Big Rog Freestone.
He was playing up to them by pretending to shag a sheep.

The joke being that all the action was actually in their penalty area so Freestone had sod all to do but wind up the away fans.
    Proper hero. Jack bastard.

    I also remember

Bless them all, bless them all
The long and the short and the tall
Bless Tony Millington and Vic Gomersall
Bless Barrie Hole when he scores us a goal
So we're singing a song for them all
The long and the short and the tall
We'll never be mastered by no Cardiff b........d
So sing up my lads bless them all

Used to travel up from Pembs with various Swans fans and neutrals, one guy asked me why do all the away fans sing "gingaloo, gingaloo"? He said he only heard it in Swansea, took him a while in the game before he realised it was supposed to be "ingerland, ingerland".... Oh well he did support Wolves!
