What up with Southampton fans?

They seem to hate our guts for some reason? The hate they spewed out the other day was... Confusing. "Leicester in the FA cup" style confusing.

Is it because we got double promotion before them? Is it because we did it without a billionaire owner the easy way? What am I missing?

Southampton should be asking themselves that as bad as we played yesterday they still couldn't score. I'd be worried if I were them.

 

I've not seen any of this "hating our guts!" Where have you got that from? I've only seen polite messages from them!

Swings and roundabouts I guess, **** for both teams for different reasons. I was genuinely curious as to why the saints fans seemed to have a lot of hate towards us, is there a specific reason?

 

The only times I met Southampton fans at the game were at Norwich station, and one outside the ground asking where the away stand was. Both groups were perfectly friendly and I wouldn't have a bad word to say about them.
