I'm ordering the new kit for the wee lad but, should I order the premiership badges???? He's only turned 7 and is a canny wee striker but it's becoming extremely hard to keep his enthusiasm for all things Sunderland up. He mimics Gyan’s dance when he scores now but hasn’t seen it for a while god love him as it’s hard enough when he is surrounded by the usual supported teams of Man U/Liverpool/Celtic/Arsenal. Come on Sunderland if not for me do it for the wee lad!!!!!!!!!

He's too clever for that lads as he knows what position we've dropped to and our points tally. Anyway it will be coming up to his summer grass roots tournaments soon so he'll be ripping if I don't have the latest kit for him. TBH watching these kids tournaments is probably the most exciting and enjoyable football I've seen. Probably just because of the love of the game and honesty these kids show and obviously the bias any parent would have for their own. I also need something to look forward to and they really are great craic.

Anyway the below link should take you my youtube page showing some of the clips from these tournaments whick I took last year.

Hey Derry, can your lad score a goal or two? Listen, fetch him over next weekend. Book one seat for yourself - he won't need one with what I'm thinking. I've got a plan ....... Ha!

Enjoy your summer, mate.

Not many think we'll go down mate, might be a bit nervy but hey that's Sunderland for you.

As for Gyan’s dance I think Michael Jackson has danced more lately.

Explain to him about commitment love your team like your parents through the good times and the bad an that the good times are on the horizon, we just need a new manager first.

even totenham chealsea Man city etc were new kids on the block not long ago

He knows that Roger, from his great grandfather down. I'll give him one thing and thats loyalty, maybe just to keep his daddy happy. He knows it's not all about glory but one day I would love to see his face when we finally won something.
