http://sport.bt.com/pubfinder-01363814402021?s_cid=con_FURL_btsport_sportfinder That is a link to BT Sport's pub finder.
Less Sport, especially football, costs as much more or less (12 quid for BT versus 14 quid for SkySports). You'd never want BT instead of Sky, its either Sky, or Sky and BT. That's why.
Why? This. I know people hate Sky for the effect they've had on football but I think their coverage is excellent. I've got it half price, so it's £7/month and as Happy said, Sky have far more football on.
For once I agree with you. The presentation on BT is like amateur hour compared to SKY. BT is good if you are interested in European Leagues but their depth of sports coverage compared to SKY is nowhere near. For the price SKY is a bargain compared to BT. Having said all that I wish we could return to the days when you actually had to go to a game to watch football.
The best thing about BT Sport is that it has allowed struggling village pubs to get locals back in for the price of BT Broadband.
Erm, I do. I have BT sport and no sky sports. You get 2 channels for a tenner, Sky dont give you that. You get a far better range of leagues covered instead of purely Britain and Spain. They dont brainwash you with constant propaganda about 'the best league in the world' and let the viewer actually see football from around the world to make their own minds up on that matter. And you get Stewart Houston, the best, most intelligent and insightful co commentator bar none. He actually knows what he's talking about and must be suicidal when he sees the f**king moronic, dont know what's going on and can only recognise the big players and cant be arsed to do any prep work amateurish ****houses like Merson and Kamara. I always remember the day of our first Prem game vs Fulham when Merson was asked to name a single Hull City player who wasnt Dean Windass and he couldnt. It's not funny, blokey game-for-a-laugh behaviour, it's f**king pathetic.
then that's counteracted by having Michael Owen on BT. Who by far is the dullest commentator I have ever heard.
Living in Hull, It costs a minimum of £12 to add BT Sport to my Sky package, which is the only way I can do it as we can't get BT Broadband here. And that's for standard viewing. If I want BT Sports HD, It costs an extra £3 and if I want multi-room, It costs another extra £5, So that's a total of £20 extra per month and you can only have two sky boxes active. When I had ESPN on Sky, it cost only an additional £9 for HD and every multi-room. Maybe that's why a lot of people don't have it! Bloody rip off.
I'm playing footie down there tonight! So I'll be there too! Although The Fox and Coney in South Cave also have it on, but it'd be a busman's holiday if I went in!
