He only wants to work with Adam. He wants nothing to do with the Allams. If Nigel thinks Adam is off to play with egg shaped balls then he may walk.
Where do you get it from that he wants nothing to do with the Allams? There's been no reports of a bust up, and his life is a damn sight easier since they came along.
Trust me, I've said it before he's only here cos of Adam. I'm not saying he's going, I'm saying it's a reason why he would go when people are scratching their heads looking for one.
Come on, you usually post decent stuff on here, with a bit of foundation. But 'Trust Me' .... ?? is that it ??
Am I the only one that suspects that the purchase of FC was nothing more than the Allams backing him to do it (like Wilkinson did with City the first time round) to try to assist with the acquisition of the stadium by having a "neutral" party supporting them?
"Trust me" as a rule doesn't work on a message board. If you've something concrete, share. AP and NP had absolutely no link prior to him coming to City, indeed, beyond City what rep did AP have? He was hardly a startly success at Derby. Since the Allams have come in, they've done pretty much everything an owner could do. Can't see any reason for animosity.
Surely they'd rather have Roy Keane, given that he's an ex-Manchester United captain and they're Asians looking to make as much money in the Far East as possible...
There hasn't been a bust up, it's not like he hates them - he just doesn't want to work directly with them. He's a football man, they know nothing about football.
Whatever Len Shackleton said about football directors way back when, still applies to the vast majority of them now. Just seems a really odd comment to make and one which cannot be substantiated, which taken to its logical conclusion would see NP ruling himself out of the majority of managerial jobs.
Well don't worry about it then. As I said, I don't mean he's going I just said its a reason he would and if Adam doesn't leave we've got nothing to be concerned about.
Hmmm. The plot thickens. There was the strange incident with the Egyptian goalkeeper. And is being director of HCAFC football operations appropriate for the Hull FC owner long-term.
No, no, no. This is how these flaming rumours get going. Starting from a usually considered poster, we move on to plots thickening and before we know it we have Blunderside picking up on it to satisfy their dundernuts and the Fail adding it to their back catalogue of all things negative about The Mighty Tigers. Deal in facts. NP is currently the manager, will probably be tomorrow and lets go from there. Jeez talk about whipping up hysteria
