Peterborough Evening Telegraph interviewed Aaron after the game: http://www.peterboroughtoday.co.uk/...ith_fairytale_return_to_london_road_1_3044841 Harsh but fair on our style really.
Interesting that son of Fergie commented on Mcleans good technique as I've seen him criticised for a bad first touch on here. Aaron has to keep his place in the team for the next few games, hopefully Pearson won't put Fryatt back in for him v Pompey and we get the two up again of Waggy and Mclean.
mclean is decent when he plays instinctively..his goal at coventry last year was similar to saturdays..its when he has a second to think about things, they go wrong.
Think you're right there DJ, some players better just getting on with it and with time to think screw it up, like when he had that howler last year in front of goal.
After watching extended highlights on the game from the bbc site, it certainly looks as if we were lucky to come away with a point never mind all 3. Waghorns effort looked decent and I'm very excited for saturday!
