Off opposition fans, be it at home, or away? Ain't arsed about the trouble, just your best memory of other clubs fans...
In recent memory, last season away at WestHam. Some wide boy giving it the big gun til our lot started pointing at him singing 'are you Dell Boy in Disguise'. All his mates turned to look at the bloke in his 'flat cap and market trader' outfit, then started pissing themselves laughing.gave the thumbs up. That was canny funny.
The one which comes to mind is when we played a friendly up at Rangers about 10 or so years ago. There was about 5,000 Sunderland fans up and the banter between the supporters was excellent and very friendly. However, the atmosphere changed when an individual in the Rangers section above ours started to wave a Newcastle scarf around, and the boos rang out from the Sunderland fans. Then when the Rangers fans in that section cottoned on to what was happening, this individual was swiftly dragged from view and never seen again for the rest of the game..That put the atmosphere back on track with the rangers fans responsible getting a resounding round of applause from us..
