My favourite one of all time Toon related would be 'There's only one Kevin Keegan/Bobby Robson'.

and for non Toon related it would have to be the Leeds chant to Cantona who had just signed for Man Utd and was shagging Lee Chapman's lady... Leslie Ash...

My favourite terrace song was the 'one Bobby Robson' at his 2009 charity match. Very, very emotional and it still brings a tear to my eye now when I watch it. A true legend and a true gent.
