Record what you just ate. I just had a can of salmon, cashews, banana and Medjool dates. Cup of tea with some cashew milk. Good protein, carbs and fats.

Special K Breakfast wi fresh raspberries. A spicy chorizo stick I got from the local food market for morning bait. Had a jazzy chicken salad for lunch and a toffee / greek yog. Just had a banana as an afternoon snack. Dunno what's for tea.
Remains of last night's take away for lunch, too ****ing early for dinner yet, having a can of pissy lager whilst watching Robocop and finishing up work for the day.
A starter of 4 pints of Moretti and 4 pints of Carling. A main course of 3 slices of pork belly in a BBQ sauce, 5 hash browns and a dollop of salad cream
