We have a squad/team more than capable of being relegated this season. No pace no skill, no nothing. I stated on here a few months ago that our signings didn't bring no excitement and offers no skill or speed and got slandered, someone even said I made them feel sick. Well I feel sick now watching the **** that Bruce has assembled. Get that man as far away from our club as possible. I have supported him as much as I can but I can't no more

Yeah but how can any sane manager construct a squad with multi millions and let it end up like this. The ONE good note, wes brown, signing of the year.

I agree with every word you've said here, and i felt exactly the same about our summer recruitment, for the exact same reasons. Absolutely no pace or skill. Well everyone was raving about our signings, i just couldn't see a team being built at all. Pace and skill are vital, how could Bruce not see we lacked these essentials?

What makes matters worse is we're doomed for a good three months, possibly until the end of the season

Never mind the team, those were his picks, what long term damage has he done to our club?

I dont agree with the we have a **** squad thinking at all. I believe we have a half decent squad but the wrong man to pick a team from it. If he were just the chief scout he would have done a good job but as the team manager he is clueless.

Gardener, Vaughan, Brown & O Shea are decent recruits IMO and Bendtner could be a major plus for us over the season but it has taken SB 5 games (2 draws and 3 defeats) to start to see it. Why was Vaughan not used yesterday?

A new manager could make something of the squad we have and improve it again in January but as long as he has a hole up his fat Geordie arse, Bruce will never realise the potential here at Sunderland.

Mate no point in you posting that article on this forum, every Sunderland fan on here thinks you did well in the transfer market spending massive money on Sir Alex's rejects and championship quality players (Wickham, Vaughan etc) and a player whose only useful function is to take a half decent free kick sometimes <doh>

Mmmmmm, aye I suppose Bruce just loves his best players being shipped out without replacements being lined up?

I'm with you on this one. We have a pretty decent squad indeed it's just a matter of playing the right starting 11 with the right formation and mind set. We have a team that given the right management could easily have taken atleast a point yesterday against a very lack lustre Chelsea, would have demolished a very poor Newcastle side and would definitely have played at least one forward against lower opposition.
I know it's finally Bruce's squad but it really isn't the squad who's to blame for the current mess, that lies solely at the feet of mr Bruce who's tactical nouse is nil.
The right man could easily get that team working to it's strengths. playing players in there correct position would be a good start, just because he fell lucky with Bardsley that doesn't mean it works every time!!!
